Difference between these motherboards? (Z77 D3H and DS3H)

In the process of upgrading my motherboard and came across the Z77-D3H and the Z77-DS3H but aside from the audio there doesn't seem to be a difference. I found one thread on google saying that the VIA on the D3H had 'troublesome drivers' but cant really find any mention of the DS3H aside from that.
So my question is am i missing something else? And should i pick up the DS3H or the D3H?

Thatsd a useful side/side comparison, its mainly the audio chip/outputs thats different.
