So,
I have just bought & recieved the Razer Blackwidow Chroma in an upgrade to my Razer Blackwidow 2013.
There are some differences I want to point out.
APPEARANCE
Firstly the colour;
The plate seems to be different to that of the Blackwidow Ultimate 2013.
instead of it having a black matt finish it has a satin finish.
The key caps however seem to have the same matt black as that of the Blackwidow Ultimate 2013.
The Satin finish to the keyboard shows off fingerprints a great deal more than the BlackWidow Ultimate 2013. However dust won't be as noticeable than the BlackWidow Ultimate 2013s Matt Finish.

SWITCHES
The keys used in the BlackWidow Chroma are Razers Mechanical Greens (Clicky) (Cherry MX Blue Equivalents).
This being said the BlackWidow Ultimate 2013 which actually has Cherry MX Blues are a vast amount louder than the BlackWidow Chroma's Mechanical Green Switches.
I noticed that there are some slight tonal differences between the clicks between the switches on the BlackWidow Chroma, as some seem to have a flatter sounding click than others.
LIGHTING
Overall there is no doubting that the BlackWidow Chroma has exceptional lighting to which I am more than impressed with.
The BlackWidow Chroma's lighting is more pleasing to the eye as the BlackWidow Ultimate 2013 seemed very overpowering and harsh / sharp compared to that of the BlackWidow Chroma.
Comparing both shades of green the BlackWidow Chroma has a more of a minty shade to it whereas the BlackWidow Ultimate 2013 seemed to have a more yellow hint to it.

The USB & Audio / Microphone pass through on the side of the keyboard is still in the same location (On The Right Side). Which seems like an odd choice considering cables coming from here could interfere with your mouse.
Overall I am happy with the BlackWidow Chroma. The audible difference in the keys alone makes it worth upgrading, with the added Chroma features this makes it a worthy purchase.
