Had to rma my motherboard and ram, both got replaced quickly, I also misplaced couple of screws. Rang them up and replaced them for free. This is why I will always order here. You get what you pay for!!! Excellent service

You say you get what you pay for, which usually means cheap prices cheap service but ocuk are always one of the cheapest places to buy from, yet offer great service.

You will find there are no shortages of companies out there that are as reluctant as possible when it comes to RMAs and returns.

I know I and many others on this site have had issues with competitors as Scam.

Believe me I use many different companies and all of them offer the same with RMA's. Ocuk's customer service is great no question but there is much better in the UK.

I use to work with authorising RMA's and believe me that they are not. You will be surprised how some retailers will be willing to mess you around to put you off an RMA.

As above, Ocuk is the only place I have ever received damaged items from. Their customer service is great but not the best.

Yeah I had a crushed cpu and an opened box, I know you had damaged items I remember you telling me mate. It happens though, but to say they are is best with RMA's is nonsense because they ain't lol.
