Memory Timings question??

My memory is currently running at 212MHZ 2.5-3-3-8 what should i change to see if it will go any further?

try 2-3-3-8

Or 2-3-3-5

What ram is it? Thats about the only way to determine how they're likely to do

cas latency to 2 then if at all possible get 2, 2, 5 (the next 3)

Exactly u need to give the ram or its only guessing.

Try to follow the following:

tRAS = tRCD + tCL + 2

e.g.

CAS = 2

tRCD = 2

=> tRAS = 6

or

CAS = 2.5

tRCD = 3

=> tRAS = 8

I'd give the RAM 2.8v and try 2-2-2-6 timings starting @ 200 Mhz and go from there, increasing the clock speed until they crap out.

its twinmos ram but i dont know any more than that. i'll try the suggested tomorrow thanks for replies
