from a frames per second stand point, using the bechmarks toms hardware got, http://www.tomshardware.com/2005/07/05/vga_charts_vii/page9.html
id say the x800, but its sooo close, other factors such as motherboard and cpu would make a difference in a second here and there
and in terms of textures n stuff, you cant tell the difference, i know im too busy shooting n00bs
