Who remembers the classic "alien Breed"

Raaaaaaaaaaaaa!!

this is just what i need to tax my shiney new x1900xt lol.

Used to love this game on the amiga, will have to wait till i get home from work though,

has it go all the original sound effects and atmospehere?
 
Hope they don't get into trouble. Team17 are in the process of making another Alien Breed game.
 
Great stuff, will give this a go tonight.

Does anyone remember the name of the UT mod that was really similar to alien breed? You could pick what weapons/tools/ammo your character carried and could deploy sentry guns.

LOL, they appear to have upped the tempo a bit on the intro music. Either that or my pc was having a fit.

I still play the series on my Amiga when the mood takes me. Tower Assault probably on balance is the best version, but i've got something for the originals music when it isnt played off tempo like in the remake :D

Wow this brings back a few memories!!!! lots of them include Cannon Fodder another classic with Jools and Jops!!!

Gonna have a go at Alien Breed now..... nice find mate!
 
One of my all time favourite games. I really miss those Amiga days. What I really want now is AB on my PSP.

Quality, the music certainly brings back memories. Going to give it a blast now. Guess the keys are just up, down, left, right and space or are there any more?

Oh didnt realise there was no interractive stuff :(. Just runs around.

Aye, sorry i should have mentioned that :( Obviously not finished, but it does look good. Hopfully they may get around to it at some point. You can do some trippy stuff :D with the backgrounds. 1 to 9 keys i think.

This also brings back memories for me from the days when I used to own an Amiga.
I also used to like Cannon Fodder as well.

I managed to get 238 fps on my laptop with a celeron 1.4 and integrated graphics...

I wonder what you guys with x1900's will get????
