Simple news program required - suggestions please!

I'm looking for a really simple CMS to integrate into my design:

I'd like to be able to have it post news on the main page, and there is also the 'dev.blog' which is a blog for the developer.

So whats out there? Is cutenews any good? Ideally i'd want something that produces really simple html so i can style it very easily. I dont have the time to install something like Wordpress and create my design around it - sorry.

Cutenews is wicked, we used to use it on our site (can't mention, I got told off last time I did) up until I wrote my own as CuteNews have started putting a "Powered by CuteNews" thingy at the bottom of the HTML which is understandable but we didn't like it so I wrote my own.

If you don't mind the little bit of text that links to their website then cutenews is very good
