LCD TV suffer from ghosting and twinkling?

can lcd tvs suffer from ghosting.. and can they suffer from twinkling (the effect where movies dont look as good)

Twinkling 'movies don't look as good'? No idead what you mean by this mate, sorry.

twinkling and noise. lcd monitors have that problem

Same with any product - you pay your money and you take your choice.

Cheaper lcd's (both monitors and tv's) can exhibit these problems but once you get to the middle of the range ghosting is usually at a very low level ( ie only a very few people will be able to see it - some people are affected worse than others) its really all about perception
