(One of) The worst website(s) in the world!

Err.. Thats awful! Can't believe they see that as an 'acceptable' website. The funny thing is it doesn't even validate either! All it contains is images!! And some horribly massive coding for a table based layout!? Madness!

Suppose they did use ImageReady to create it, by the looks of things.

"If you find The Economist a little too text heavy, then Diplo magazine is probably for you"

ahahahahaha

Jesus Christ. Building a terrible website is one thing, but openly admitting to be a dumbed-down version of a decent magazine and accusing your readership of being stupid is a whole different ballgame :(

I've seen hundreds of websites similar.

also, its the same basic principal as most flash websites.

Nah, Flash websites are considerably more useable (for graphic browsers at least) and considerably easier to crawl for search engines.

Haha, quite a funny website in the original post.

Good teaching method for first time developers though. Send them the link, with only the word "no" underneath it. :)

I'm wondering what inspired this particular piece of genious:

A quick lesson to any web-designers starting out. Don't do that ^^^

Thought you guys would appreciate it :)

Man I love it, it's the best design I've seen... I mean it's soooo cool that's it's an image! :D

Not - argh and it doesn't even W3C validate lol - it's only an image!
