film four for free?

i noticed when tuning in my freeview box today i spotted more4+1 is no longer avilible and when you go to the channel a msg says from july chan 31 will become film 4 and it will be free.Has anyone else spotted this?

Yes, about 3 months ago when they announced it ;)

there was an announcement ages ago it was going free.
 
More 4+1 still works on mine :p
But I did know about the announcement from whenever it was first stated :)

It is meant to be free and not as part of the TopUp TV package.

Aye, E4 was part of TopUp TV before they went to normal freeview, it was hence replaced by the Discovery Channel, i'm tempted but not for 7.99, the other channels are just pap.

Just out of interest did anyone notice that Setana Sports won the final Premiership football rights. i thought about getting TopUp TV after that, until i saw that they have Scotish football rights and charge £10 a game :eek: not a chance jimmy boy.
