Hey all not sure if this should be in this section but if my pc is tidy i could get better cooling so its all i can think of.

Has any one anything they could donate to do with cable tidy and make my pc inside tidier?

If so i could pay for postage but not much more?

Cheers guys.

I cant send you any cable tidy gear, but if you send me your cables....

I'll keep them :p

Well lots of tidying can be done. What are the cables just hanging off the heatsink, i cant see as the quality is poor? Stuff as much as possible into the drive bays

The cable from the heatsink is coming from the psu and going to my mother board in the middle and on the bottom right, and the other one is for my pci-e card for if i crossfire which isnt in use, also i have that big bunch of cable all more or les ogin to the main part of my motherboard.

All can be moved just need a lot of tie wraps and maybe a look through my manual for what is what.

I amso have a blue cathode light i will put in when i tidy it.

does your case have a sepperate tray for your motherboard, or access to the back of the mobo tray ?
this is your best friend !

that was the result of my cable tidy mission the other night, most of the wires are stiuffed behind and under the hard drive cage, and around the back of the mobo tray.
no comments on the green lead... ive just ordered a red oen lol

Not difficult, just route cables together, off to one side. It doesn't need to be perfect. For the cables going down next to optical drives/hard drives use tie wraps and push to one side. Cables that go around mobo just wrap around fan holes on the case.. Here's my two systems

i'd probs do what was suggested, group all the un-used and extra long wires, cable tie them together and stuff them below your cd drive out the way in the drive bays. also probs try and keep any wires from the power supply from crossing over the mobo, id try and route it so they go round the edge or even behind out hte way

Do you call those tidy squiffy

Tidy enough, no point going OTT as it makes it harder to dissessemble the system. As long as airflow isn't blocked, cables are out of the way. I'm not into side windows so it doesn't really matter. It's a computer, not a shelf queen. :p

I see, i have had a look in my case and plenty of room to hide all the wires now i just ned some cable ties if any one has a few they can donate :) please:P
