What they do is use their 'voice', and this thing called a 'tongue' to make sounds in their 'mouth' which sound like that.

He's just quick, like rappers that can talk/rap very fast (ie, twista)

He pauses from the singing, does the beat, sings again, pauses again, does the beat...

yeh try using you tounge and voice to make diffrent sounds at the same time. Even that one's impressive and it aint anywhere near the best.
