Geil RMA

Has anyone RMA'd memory back to Geil, one of my 1GB Value sticks is borked. I don't mind paying the carriage to the U.S. or Thailand.

I e-mailed Geil U.S. and have had no response, so I e-mailed Geil Thailand and got a carbon copy of someone asking a collegue to assist me but that was on the 10th and I haven't head anything since.

I sent mine back to the US and got a new lot sent back within a week which i thought was pretty quick.

I've got a 512mb stick on RMA at the min.
OcUK recieved it on the 17th June and I've been told that Geil can take up to 28 days to sort it out.
I've got to wait until next week before the time runs out but I won't be buying Geil again with turnaround times like this.
