Anyone seen any weird lights in the sky tonight over Manchester. In the south South west horizon ?

No pics unfortunately.I got some video but its not conclusive at all. Got a call off my Mum three orange lights moved across the sky. 2 at the front and one at the rear in a

Kind of formation

They then just disappeared. Few minutes later there was a few police helicopters about which is unusuall for this time of night. Maybe a conicidence.

mon and tues nights police helicopters seemed to be pretty much patrolling the m60, not really any suggestion as to what it may be but i wouldnt say the police choppers were wierd

16 Second Video Here Although to the naked eye they were pretty clear the lcd screen on my camera found them hard to pick up

You only get it for the last 2-3 seconds of the vid

Were they flashing or flickering slightly?

I was out with a few friends the other day and we saw this flickering yellowy orange light and we couldnt work it out. Another two came along a minute later and I realised they were those floating boxy baloony things. (great explanation). They are cube shaped pieces of paper with a candle in the bottom and they fly due to the heat the candle emits. I think they are chinese origin. Maybe it was that?

They appeared to be solid in shape then disappeared pretty much within in a second. Although the explenation of the boxy ballons could well be it

I live in Manchester - Just had a look and was abducted! Ive been away for 15 years but only lost 30 mins earth time - the little green chaps seemed very nice tho -

he was already being probed, he was just lucky enough to have been in the park at the right time to take the vid.

Had another look outside and was in luck to film this....
