My parents have just got back from the park with my nephew and niece and told me about a accident with a bouncy castle type maze.

Apparently the whole thing (with people inside) came free from its anchor and went about 100ft in the air according to my dad. Some people fell out when it went up and there was people being resuscitated.

The place was swarming with police, ambulances and 3 helicopters.

Can't see anything on the BBC news site yet but it sounds pretty bad.

The ones I've seen have just had big blowers pushing air into them?? Someone must have made a pretty big mistake...

From what I've been told one part was quite near the ground but there were people at the highest point falling around inside (and out). Obviously it's pretty bad when someone needed CPR.

I was at a meet in Oxford yesterday and there was a huge blow up Blaupunkt Cover over an ITR and when the wind picked up it went flying damaging a car in the process.

Does seem a bit strange though.

a similar thing happened to a bouncy castle when i was a kid, a gust of wind got under it and the thing took off, it went about 20ft up . luckily no one got injured

Oh, don't be daft.

Horrible news.

Who is being daft! Everyday of our lives we have people pushing this absurd notion of modern art down our throats like its something to be proud of. A canvas painted all in one colour and slashed, a video of a man painting a room and now inflatable corridors! Its just not art.

I wonder who will be liable for the accident
