Spec me a gaming pc for missus pls :-)

She really loves Guildwars and SRO etc but sadly her ageing laptop just overheats with certain games and not others. Its only ever the games that she likes that overheat it too lol.

I`m looking to spend no more than about £500 excluding monitor really. I`ve had a quick look at the bundles section here and such like but i know you guys will have a much better idea than I do

Okay, that's the best I could do for the budget and I think you should spend the extra £26 If you can spare any more money I would definatley get an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro CPU Cooler (Socket 775) (HS-017-AR) but it's 'out' so I couldn't add it to the order but if you can spare the extra I would definatley go for it

That is a great spec for the money but for the games she plays you might want to consider upping the RAM to 2GB instead and swapping the graphics for a 7600 GT. Then you could get a "proper" graphics card when DX 10 cards are mature.

Excellent cheers lads. Think i`ll stick with just 1gb of ram for the moment but that spec looks pretty good. Certainly gonna be miles better than what she has now and likely to be comparable to my fx55 / gf ultra setup.
