I cant seem to find any AGP motherboards that support AMD 64bit cpus on the site; basically, my AthlonXP CPU is broken, and im looking to replace that and the motherboard, with a more recent CPU, namely, the AMD 64 bit one. At the moment, i have a 6600GT gfx card, with an AGP interface, hence the reason i want to purchase an AGP motherboard >_<

The ASRock boards do exactly what you're after - fairly decent boards for overclocking too.

As a side note - you might want to change your sig before a don gives you an unwanted holiday :). Check out the FAQ at the top of the screen for the rules about them.

thats one motherboard :(
I see three  although they are the same make

thats one motherboard
Only one that makes sense tbh, it has a PCI-E 16x for when you upgrade, even though there are decent AGP cards still coming out like the 7600 GT, PCI-E is better value and has the 'proper' bang for buck cards, like X1800 XT/X1900 GT @ £150.

Heres another though (out of stock atm):
Gigabyte K8NC-939 nForce3
£58.69 inc VAT

Alright then, thanks. One last thing, the interface for Hard Disk Drives doesnt realy matter does it? I can't remember what type of HDD my HDD is since i'm not by my PC, but all motherboards support any type of HDD right? Excuse my lack of PC knowledge ;p

Asrock 939Dual-SATA2 (Socket 939 & Upgradable to AM2) AGP & PCI-Express Motherboard (MB-002-AK)

AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Venice (Socket 939) - Retail (CP-119-AM)

2 of the 3 upgrades i need

The third upgrade is a new Power Supply Unit, my stock one that came with my Case was pretty weak, and wouldnt allow me to run my 6600GT at it's non-overclocked full potential. After buying these 2 components, the CPU and the Mobo listed above, im left with around 40 quid, so please OverclockerUK community, help me pimp my PC!!

Pretty much all motherboards manufactured in the last few years support SATA and IDE yeah. One caution would be if you are buying a recent LGA775 board as many of those only have a single IDE channel which seems to be intended for use with a CD/DVD drive (an IDE drive would work, just if you have say, one DVD drive and one DVD/RW you'd be out of luck with any hard drives).

You could get the Tagan 330 Watt for that but your not leaving yourself much room for future upgrades. If you went a little higher for the Seasonic S12 430W you'd be fine with a dual core, several HDs and something like an X1800/X1900 XT, well worth the extra future proofing for less than £20 more imo.

alright then, i'll wait a little longer for the seasonic on; if there's one thing i've learnt in the past with computer parts, sometimes it's better to wait a bit longer for a bit more cash...
