Hey guys,

It's due out in sixteen hours as of this message! :D I have been waiting for this mod for a long year, and it's one of the main reasons I am getting back into Battlefield 2 after barely logging in since November '05.

I can't wait to see what all the new weapons and vehicles are like compared with their vanilla Battlefield 2 counterparts, as no matter what an amazing game Battlefield 2 is, the weapons and vehicles all seem too artificial to me even if I play with the realism mod. I also can't wait to see the new armies. :cool:

This mod is going to absolutely rule. :D Discuss, and see you on the battlefield! :cool:

might have to reinstall bf2 to try this, saw the artillery and it looked cool.

whats the main thing this mod is trying to bring?

Realism and a better overall atmosphere, and more importantly a whole new theatre of war. :) I can't wait to mix it up with the German and Ukranian sides, I'm bored silly of the whole USA vs. MEC vs. PLA thing to be honest with you even though I also have Special Forces and Euro Force. :(

Tut. :p I think that I will wait until the official launch anyway, I have waited a year now so I want it to be a profound experience as possible when I finally load it up. :cool:

But this mod passed me by, i never even looked at it.

A great number of people have kept their eye on it because it was previously a favourite mod next to Desert Combat in Battlefield 1942. :)
 
I have just finished a 5 hour session on this, it is fantastic.

Our server filled up around 0400hrs, and has been packed ever since. Everyone was raging about it. The weapons are great, the maps are great, and oh boy, the new howitzer arty is awesome.

Well worth a download.
 
What BF2 patch version is this based on and is there a decent download link anywhere.

It's not officially released yet, although it does seem to have been leaked pretty quickly. I think it's going to draw a huge crowd considering how popular the BF1942 version was. :)

Definatly been waiting awhile for this, had it for Vietnam and that was one of the best mods i ever got. i might as well wait the 7 hours for the non-passworded file heh. Will definatly be spending a lot of time on this mod.
