Antec P180 side panels.

Nope, all I needed to do was email them a scan of my receipt and/or the warranty documentation that came with the case.

EDIT: I also sent off for a door as well at a later date, didn't have to pay for that either. ;)

Excellent thanks, I bought the case of overclockers.uk 2nd August 2005.. so I might be out of warranty. Does anyone know how long warranty is?
 
With Antec the warranty does not matter on the cases, had a new side panel sent to me for a case with a warranty that expired in 2003. :)

Just ask Antec and they should just be happy to help, the support really is second to none.

There is a 3 year standard warranty with this case anyway, that email looks ok but they will forward you onto a different email address, give me a second and I will find it.

Once you tell them your problem they will reply with this:

Dear customer,

Thank you for using Antec products.

To expedite your spare part replacement request, please include the following information in the same e-mail:

a. copy of invoice/proof of purchase

b. complete shipping address with country include & full name

c. spare part model

Thats what i got the other day.

@ Jimbo, same here I need to ask for a new door, and the same thing has happened to my left panel with the plastic 'lugs' coming off, 2 have snapped off mine, both the bottom ones.

**If i think i know what the 'lug' is, that you are talking about.**
 
Yeah the little plastic hook things that keep the panels on. They are easy to snap. I treid superglueing them back on with limited success, so hopefully I'll get some new panels. :)

Yeah them things, i also snapped one off that top vent spoiler thingy. :)

I will also have to get some more drive rails as i have some how mispaced mine. lol
