Dear Connect3D,

Thank you for not including a 4-pin to 6-pin converter in your X1900XT package, not only have I had to wait an extra day for my card to arrive due to the bank holidays, but now I have to spend £10 and wait yet another day to have a £2.99 cable delivered.

This is my first ATI purchase outside of Sapphire Technologies, and it will be my last outside of Sapphire Technologies as they do include this adapter with their graphics cards.

Sincerely yours,
**** ******.

P.S. If this email took a day for you to load, I would be happy, alas fate is not so kind. I considered sending it as a gigantic PDF attachment, but you're lucky I am so nice.
I think they'll get the message, don't you? :o

You should be nicer, they could have not sent you one at all :)

You got an old psu then?
It's an Akasa 460w from this site, still nearly £60. Definitely not old.

If Sapphire can do it, why can't Connect3D?

I would only expect to have to buy extra cables if I was buying OEM, period.

Yeah im sure they do supply them, i got a power cable with my old x800 XT PE, only thing they don't include is games, you get all the cables, plus a driver CD, and the card obviously. :p

You never know they may send you a box full. :D
