Are they any good?

I know they are cheap, but are they any good?

Or should I spend a few more $$$ and get an Abit or Gigabtye.

Oh, I need a 939 board, PCI-E

They make perfectly decent boards in my opinion, however they aren't really suitable for overclocking due mainly to limited voltage options. Sure, there are people who overclock on Dual-SATA2 boards for example, but that does involve doing some volt-modding, so not really ideal unless you're willing to do something like that. If you're just going to run at stock though, then they are worth considering as a brand.
