Looking to clock the hell out of this but don't want to sit next to a hair dryer, gonna match this with a Dell 3007 WFP that I bought last week and also rig it up to my home cinema rig.

Was going to go down the custom WC setup malarky but I simply do not have the time tracking down a Swiftech storm, or getting a custom head from a place in America or Australia for my DCC. So after a while I thought sod it, I know this WC setup is not the best of the best but I'll live with it.

Gonna post pics as I go along with this setup, as I'm going to mod the case a little as well.

For those of you who are wondering, your right, but I need a hobby thats going to keep me in during the week instead of lashing it up in town, so makes perfect economic sense.

At least thats what I'm telling myself.

any thoughts at all before I click? I'm no expert so advice is more than welcome.

looks alright, wish i had that kinda money :( gonna take 3 months to get a new £1000 air cooled rig similar specs...just cheaper components...i also will be overclocking :D

Personally I would go for a 6400, DS3 and Geil DDR2 800 memory and use the money saved on a huge screen :D As you don't seem to be short on money it looks very nice.

Bought, will keep whoevers intersted in this project notified of all the mistakes I make and the complete noobness of my approach, should make interesting reading as Ive never built a WC system before, and don't know what a dremel is.

EEK to late.

6600 is best bang for buck IMO. Can live withouth the DS3, done my homework on that, the GEIL 800 was my second choice but the stats bore out the better performance of the OCZ, and I already have a big screen. ;)

Advice on the build would be appreciated, when it arrives though, as I spent the money 5 mins ago.

Dremel: Small, vesatile rotary tool used for cutting, polishing, sanding and etching etc. ;) Looks like a very nice system, enjoy.

A 26 and 20 here :D

I've seen one in my local wicks that I was going to buy along with a nifty own brand work bench. I bought a couple of plastic clasps the other day which I'll use to secure the heatsinks on the GPU's while they set. Cannot think of anything else.
