Xbox Live Service to go down for 24hrs!

Xbox Live® service and Xbox.com will be offline and unavailable starting at midnight Pacific Time on Tuesday October 17, 2006 for up to 24 hours.

If there's no Lumines Live on the Marketplace when it comes back up I shall cry

I reckon they're really taking it down because they heard McDaniel was getting a Live Vision Camera and were scared for the safety of the Live service once it gets bombarded with his nakedness.

Last time the site went down it was to allow online messaging to people on your friends list. Hopefully it's some form of leaderboard.
