The combo is good but be warned the mobo is very picky with ram so choose ram wisely other than that the board is very good.

I was looking at that deal to. But i think the Gigabyte GA_965P_DS4 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard (MB-062-GI) with *** RAM that was on offer too OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC2-6400 Dual Channel Platinum Revision 2 XTC Series DDR2 (OCZ2P800R22GK) (MY-072-OC).

Is the motherboard better and would the RAM be good to run?

Also what cooler would be wise to use?
