400x8, 3.2ghz, 1.3V CPU-Z.

IDLE TEMPS: 22C
LOAD: 40C.

I will take screenshots once Im at 3.6ghz ;)

Yee ha!

Is that with the fan on a lower setting or full? how loud is the fan? and are you using coretemp/everest/tat for those readings?

And why is there 2 plugs coming from the haeatsink? 1 for cpu and whats the other?

I want this dirty little hoar bad, and she knows it. :p

Excellent!! Mr Concorde!! cant wait to see you push it further. . . . !

At least we know it fits the AW9D-Max, P5B Deluxe.

H'mm Ive got an idea! I'm currently using the Thermalright SI-120, I could put the Tuniq Tower on my FX-53 setup & compare temps using Prime95.

The Tuniq Tower is really for my Conroe setup, which I'll be setting up soon . .

I'll post back my results! :)

Mr Concorde, will be interesting to see what your temps are with for example 1.4v/1.5v depending on overclock etc.

Lap the IHS..conroe IHS are known for being concave :(

You gonna give me £200 when this thing goes **** up?

Thought not ;) :p

I will lap the heatsink, and possibly lap the CPU a tiny bit around the edges, not so much that the copper sees through.

CR.

Those temps are slightly below what I get with an arctic freezer pro, E6600 @ 3ghz - 9x multi / fsb 333 / vcore 1.3v.

AF pro on optimal.

Its bad contact, the core is 55C+ and the cooler feels nothing like that, even the temp probe on the bottom says sub 40.

It needs to be lapped and re-mounted.
