I'm pround to announce that this league should kick off on Saturday 11.11.06.
Hopefully the draw for teams will be made Wednesday evening to let you get familiar with your team. Teams will be chosen at Random and will come from the Premiership/La Liga/Seria A - that should give us enough.
Please give notice by WEDNESDAY evening 8.11.06 if you wish to participate. Those whom ask after this date will not be included in the league but will be welcome to play in the OCUK CUP.

This will be a simple league run in excel and the the league will be posted each week with a list of results.
The league week will run from Saturday to Saturday - this means that you must complete your fixture within this timeframe. This should enable plenty of time for each fixture to be played. If someone has become unreachable without good reason then they will automatically lose this game UNLESS THE OTHER PARTY IS HAPPY TO REARRANGE THE FIXTURE. But I want to avoid this where possible.
Usual points system applies 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw and 0 for losing
Rules:
General
The Home Team will Host the game.
The Away Team will be the guest (hosted or the client, whatever you want to call it).
This is not negotiable.
Match Settings:
10mins Match Length
No Extra Time (for OCUK CUP ONLY)
No Penalties (FOR OCUK CUP ONLY)
3 Subs
You can select a stadium of your choice.
Points Change: The home manager decides on points switch being on or off.
Everything else on random (ESPECIALLY Player Condition)
OCUK CUP (This comp will be dependent on how the league runs - if it doesn't go to plan then this will be abandoned - therefore lets try for a Saturday 25.11.06 Start)
PLAYING CUP GAMES
Cup games will now be over 1 leg. If there are any group games, they will use League match settings, but cup matches will use the following settings and rules.
General The Team Drawn home first will host the cup tie.
Its a one off fixture and will be decided by extra time and penalties should there be a draw at the end of normal time.
Match Settings (1st leg & 2nd leg):
10mins Match Length
Extra Time (Normal, NOT Silver or Golden goal)
Penalties on.
3 Subs
Everything else on random (ESPECIALLY Player Condition)

POSTING MATCH RESULTS
Upon Match Completion
Once a game is played in the league or cup, it is left to either one of the match participants to EMAIL ME THE SCORE.
Make sure the Email Subject reads like this:-
Fixture #: *home team* vs *away team*
Then post the score inside the email, maybe a little description of the match and what went down. (for posting purposes in the thread) lol
Please check the scores when posted by me - If nothing is said to the contrary, the result stands, so make sure you check your results in this thread for any games involving yourself.
Match Discrepencies
Should a result be posted that you dont agree with, EMAIL ME do not say anything in the thread, please keep the email Civil. Do not get into arguments/flame wars over it!!!!
I will try and deal with any issues promptly.
If lag is making a game unplayable, quit in the first 15 minutes IN GAME TIME (preferably before any goals are scored). A replay will then be required. If you are past this mark and are losing when you quit, then you will be credited with the loss. I know this is harsh, but what I really want to encourage is if its unplayable, quit straight away that way you leave yourself no room for accusations of 'dummy spitting'. A replay will then be attempted. We all know that lag on Pro Evo is as unpredictable as anything, but nine times out of ten is ok the second attempt. This will also encourage people to make sure they take every attempt to make sure there is no lag when they host. If a quit does happen at any time, the Admin would prefer than players sort the situation out in a friendly way before I enforce any rules -we are here for fun remember!
