Moderating Team to be dissolved

I have decided that the OcUK Moderating Team - with the exception of Commissarios - will be dissolved at 6pm tomorrow.

I am very grateful for the time they have put in over the weeks, months and years.

Every Don will be able to apply for their old job back in due course. There may be an opportunity for other members to apply too.

There will be no Underbosses after tomorrow, for now.

May I ask a question though? Why would members/mods wish to apply/re-apply for a moderating position, when existing ones are dissolved like this?
