Doesn't look like it will fit many C2D based motherboards to me. The diagram on the original page shows the cpu socket needs to be mounted a certain way, otherwise the pci-e x16 slot is covered.
Having a quick look at all of the C2D mobo's on overclockers, they're all oreintated the wrong way
