Got a 3-year old Creative Audigy card I bought refurbished from Creative & it recently sopped working. Windows Device Manager picks it up, but Creative drivers DO NOT recognize any Creative component! Is the card 'broken'?

- Touch (off, but grounded) PSU to discharge any static;
- & carefully remove card & place on anti-static bag.
