I just been looking on Nvidia website and the lastest 8800gts/gtx drivers for XP are over 2 months ago (10 january ).....

Surely nvidia has newer XP drivers out for there flagship 8800gts/gtx cards then this...

no official drivers after this date. There are some 'beta' ones on guru3d though

GTX have at moment is first Nvidia card since mx440 several years ago; is it true you can just install newer drivers over old or is it the same case as ATI driver installation with an uninstall of old drivers followed by Drivercleaner?
