can some one help me compress my sig please. when i put the quality on lowest on photoshop it still ends up really high size

I could just tell you how I was going to do it myself.
File --> Save for Web
In this dialog you can set the amount of compression. There's an estimated file size as well. Keep lowering the quality until the sig's under 20kiB.
