Vista home premium 32 and 64bit

I have a new laptop that came with vista home premium 32bit, would upgrading to 64bit make any kind of difference since the processor is a 1.6 Core 2 Duo?

not really unless you use 64bit software as well plus it would prob be a problem to find all the drivers for it

it shouldn't be a problem with the drivers
look on the manufacturer of your laptops website,
i updated my HP laptop from XP media centre to vista 64bit and i didn't any real problems doing it.
