94.24 Official Drivers for 7 Series

Nvidia are really on the ball now, releasing future tech! :p

P.S It appears Nvidia have removed the new control panel from this release? Anyone else confirm?

question about updating drivers, currently a pc of mine has 93.71 driver installed, if i update to this new driver would i loose all the custom game profiles which i have created?
 
FFS I have just been faffing with drivers earlier, when I checked the nvidia website still had 93. something so I got the NGO 158.22 driver but the new control panel thingy was annoying, and noticed my monitor screen would "shake" each time I went on to display properties (once I clicked advance I think) and I got less 3d marks in 05 and 06 (only by about 5-8) so I have now reverted back to the ones which came with my graphics card (93.82) as the whql 93.something didn't support my card.

Nope, it wasn't released this morning when I checked I am sure - as I have already faffed with my driver today I will wait to see what others make of it first.
 
I have now installed the 94.24 driver, however it says my card is not "compatible" so I had to use the "have disk" button and manually do it. I have an AGP XFX 7900GS - anyone else get that or is it just my card? :(

I have just done a 3dmark 05 test and got a higher score than my previous driver tests.

93.82 (XFX CD Driver) 6055
94.24 (Latest Nvidia) 6082
158.22 (NGO Driver) 6041

also I can confirm I still get the "classic" menu.

They posted the WHQL'd 158.22's up today for the 8 series as well, but as usual they buggered up the normal primary download, that set isn't WHQL'd, so if you want them grab the International set as they are the right ones, Lost Planet demo works with these ones to so ive read. :)
 
The new style control panel is still there - but under NVIDIA corp on the start menu - its missing from the display properties and the control panel tho...
