anyone else got one watercooled ?

would it affect the excellent cooling of this case by removing the 120mm fan at the back of the case, as this pulls air in instead of out.

i was looking at the thermaltake big water 735 as a starter kit as it has lots of good reviews.

im currently running my e6600 @3.4 with temps of 35 idle and 46 loaded would i see much of a difference on water ?

Thanks

no way your load temps are 46 c ;)

down load orthos set priority 9 small fft's and report back with your temps after 10mins, using core temp to measure temps

id avoid anything from thermaltake water cooling wise and imo i can only recommend a custom kit, using a thermochill rad, apogee gtx or d-tec fuzion, and a ddc pump

your rear fan must be turned round if its blowing air in and imo id get rid of the fan over the gpu. you could fit a 120.1 on the back internally where the rear fan goes

i recommend a custom kit as i said in my previous post

decide if you want internal or external rad

id post a spec me thread in cooling with your requrements ;)

55C at 3.4 GHz sounds pretty good to me. Why do you feel the need to watercool?

just wanted to try it really as ihave never used water in my machine before

im doing it :) just spent a small fortune on all the parts needed, gonna get a project log when i get the parts in, never properly used watercooling, played about with some cheap kit to get my self used to it all... and i've always wanted to share a project log with the community ( how sad  ) so share i will :D
