I have the Asus P5B Deluxe motherboard. Would the Intel E6850 CPU be compatible with the board?

Or would I need a new board?

From reading the website, it didnt sound like my board could take 1333FSB


I've got PC2 6400 memory at the moment, will that be compatible?
