Check what voltage your DIMM's are rated at/requires at minimum, and whether your motherboard is in fact feeding them enough. If not, raise the voltage marginally in the BIOS to the rated requirement. I've recently seen several machines where the BIOS defaults defaulted to too low voltage for the RAM to run stably. (See for example http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=17766236) Also, whats your CPU temps like? And voltage? And clocks?

YOu might be right. On the website it says from 1.8 to 2.3v. On the sticker of my modules it says 2.1. It was 1.8 on the Bios and I have changed it to 1.9. What do you reckon? Do you think 2.1 is safe? :)
