Please review only the front page (ive removed the register page anyway)

Specifically, do you like the look of the site?
Does it make sense?
 
Slight dark blue border around the navigation needs getting rid of, and the navigation buttons' text needs to be vertically aligned (have a look at it in Firefox). Also, the bullet-points in Firefox...

Just get it working properly in Firefox, basically! If it displays in IE but not FF, there's probably a good chance a lot of it is IE specific and it won't display properly in Safari/Opera/etc either.
 
your advert is a bit skewif in ff 2.0.0.6 + ubuntu - it's stuck to the left hand side
 
That's not half bad, tis an interesting concept as well, would need to get big to work out.

You might want to put something in the title element, though :)
 
Looks quite good mate, but your navigation buttons alignment jumps around, its different on the homepage to what it is on other pages.

Other than that, I dont't like the transition between the top banner and the bg, this bit;

you may wish to check up on the law before you mark any notes or ask anyone else to, as i'm sure theres's a law on the matter. If so and if the idea got very popular, you could be in for hell of a smack because i have a feeling that each note defaced is it's own offence..

now i may be wrong but i have a strong gut feeling that i'm not. the bank note does not belong to the holder, their property sits unclaimed in the bank's vault.
