just looked that guy up and although I think some tattoos are pretty cool, I dont get why you'd want those implants or that scarification, if I saw someone with either of those I'd go out of my way to avoid them.

I'm guessing the exact opposite, most people would have to be pretty confident in themselves to have something that's likely to bring a lot of attention to them.

I would wonder why they feel the need to attract such attention in the first place? Not that anyone should dictate to anyone else what they do with their bodies but I wonder why they have to display such mutilation in public.
