platform games for 360

I need a platform game for the 360 for the missus.

She's just done the new Crash bandicoot game and we need to trade it in for something.

Any recommendations?

Previously she has enjoyed the following on other platforms so anything like them

gex gecko series
crash bandicoot series
spyro's
blinx

Kameo. Also maybe consider Blue Dragon; I know it's not a platformer but it's style might appeal.

Of the 'kiddie' platformers Shrek isn't all that bad.

I think the majority of 'good' platformers are on XBLA. Kameo springs to mind as a retail title, and personally I loved it, but as for others in the retail world there aren't that many.

There's a Crash game out on the 360 isn't there?

Stuff like Cars, Open Season etc. is relatively enjoyable too as far as platformers go.

Crash of the titans is meant to be average, a demo is available on live, prince of persia on xbox live arcade is a good, if a little short, game too.

Kameo's a very good game.

Sonic 2 has lost very little of it's charm, and is well worth a purchase if you like platformers.

she's just finished the 360 crash game.

tbh I thought it was a bit rubbish. very lazy conversion, graphically poor and they had deviated from the gameplay into a slow, button pressing, monster battle thing.

She enjoyed it.

We borrowed Kameo from a neighbour but she didn't really play it much.

nbkpsycho - I'll ask her but she didn't rate the shrek game.

lego star wars: tcs ? could be classed as a platformer.
