Well for at least the last six months Ive been working my way toward a mac and on the 26th of february eventually decided on a new Mac Pro. I didn't expect it until next week however at 9am this morning a nice man from TNT was on my doorstep with some rather large boxes for me!

Ive read endless pages of text, comments and reviews about how easy they are to setup and use but was still a little skeptical....until today that is.
Literally 5 minutes and it was up and running, no problems, so smooth, quiet, fast, well built and tbh just an absolute dream to use. I'm honestly just inspired to work with it.

I don't think I'm going to stop grinning for years :D

Maybe ill post some pics soon :P

The spec is standard 2.8x8, 2GB's RAM (soon to be 6-8), 8800GT, 320GB HDD (soon to be vastly increased :P)

My 24" Dell looks like its shrunk after sitting in front of these two beasts for the last 6 hours :P

Some pic's from earlier today, just before the shock wore off and the excitement began :O I think I almost broke my back after lifting it all out of the boxes. I really didnt expect the weight, especially of the Mac Pro.

Would just like to add that the keyboard is verrrrry nice, its 1/3rd of the size of my razor gaming keyboard and i thought it would take ages to get used to the small size but it feels so natural after such a short time. Awesome.

OMG  Those ACD's look amaizing..! You lucky bugger. Dont fancy swapping me for a macbook do you? it will save desk space :p

Any other recommended mice besides the MX Rev? Had my Mac Pro My less than a week and the wireless mighty mouse has wrecked my wrist!

Cool. Do they work straight out of the box so to speak or do you need to d/l additional software in order for you to assign actions in System Preferences?
