donate to Clic Sargent for me. I'm running the Bath Half Marathon on Sunday, my 4th half marathon on consecutive weekends (Tunbridge Wells, Milton Keynes, Brentwood & Bath), for Clic Sargent (Childrens Cancer Charity), a charity I have personal links with etc. They help families who have been affected by childhood cancer, helped out my own family not so long back.

Not expecting anything but if any nice chaps could give just a couple of pounds it'd really make a difference. It's better than sports relief because you get to see some more comedy photos of me dying a horrible death, such as these;

The link to donate is http://www.justgiving.com/woolnough - thanks.

Donated for someone else already and I am donating for Teenage Cancer Trust too on Justgiving.

Excellent charities, just a pity that they have to rely on the generosity of the general public.

was gonna say how do you manage to run with your eyes closed :D

great charity, im pretty sure we have donated already. will check.

One more place where we're not free from people asking for charitable donations.

I think most people think that every single time he posts something.

Im beginning to realise.

Asking in the mum having a baby thread if they were all to one man, good job the net offers an oppurtunity to say stuff that would normally get you a broken nose in real life.

But back on topic, Its nice that you are running for a charity that has affected your own personal life.

well done :)

Very moved that I've got as much as I have from a small community where I havn't really been active, only lurking, for years, shows what a tight-knit and genuinely thoughtful community this is. Shame the weather can't show the same kindness this morning by the looks of things!

A huge and very genuine thank you to those who have contributed.

I'll make a donation if you pose for a photo holding a sign saying "Michael Owen is my hero" ;)

Having looked at his goalscoring record in the two years+ since I used to post here, it would seem I was pretty justified, as I was with my criticism of 'Le Tallent' ;)

Smashed my PB today, was a good race - just a shame about the weather, it was terrible, and the flooding really messed up the trains to and from London! Thanks to those who donated, and to those who havn't, there is still time! ;)
