The guy needs help. Despite nobody agreeing with him, repeated rulings against him in court, the failure of all his campaigns and the impending doom of his career, he still ploughs on, like he is God's chosen one commanded to do the good work amongst the phillistines and unbelievers.

He might be a tool, but you got to admire his dedication...

Pointlessly critisised games developers at every turn unless every game they produced was based around an elephant losing his balloon.

He did provide some good and free advertising though, "What's that Jack, I can walk into a Police station, grab a purple ***** in the shower room and then kill a granny with it outside? I'm so buying San Andreas!".

EDIT: Since he's in America, woudn't he just loose the license in one state where the case is?

I believe so, this is a recommendation from the Florida Bar. I doubt this will look good on any future applications to other state bars though.
