Thanks weeds

Just tried these on my 8800GT SLI rig and 3D Marks 06 score is almost the same - SM2.0 is up ~100 points but thats it nothing much at all. However BioShock is running around 10% faster in SLI mode. Not tried any other games yet.

**** benchmarks, they are useless. Games, games, games, games! :D

Will give these a bash on my laptop, thanks for the heads up.

I get fed up keep changing drivers all the time so I'm not going to bother any more unless I get a problem.

That's entirely your prerogative.

thats beta or finished product ones?

They're official BETA's,in other words stable enough to be released officially but not yet gone through the WHQL process which takes time.

You'll probably see the exact same drivers being released as WHQL in a few weeks time.

With Crysis HardwareOC benchmarch in XP I got
min 18fps and avg 34fps thats about 2fps more.

I like these drivers ;)

Devil May Cry 4 benchmark shows some minor improvements the one of the tests gains about 3% and another 10% but the other 2 are exactly the same as the old drivers...

Looks like there is some minor optimisation to SM2.0 stuff.

I LIKE these drivers. I have a very old rig - ASUS N6800 old - and I swear that I'm getting 3 or 4 more FPS now than I was with the earlier drivers!

It's very odd.

i dunno if anybody else is having any problems with these drivers, but i think i am :(
i've installed and restarted etc, but i ain't tried any games, but FireFox, Media Player and SideBar have all crashed so far tonight, and that has never happened before
It would seem strange for it to be graphics card drivers, but i havni changed anything else
