So I have a contract with dialaphone, and this month is the first time I need to send a bill into them, 6th month of contract, But now T-mobile has switched to paperless/online billing?
I'll be ringing dialaphone later to check this, but I'm guessing there must be people in similar boats to me here, is it acceptable to just print out a bill online yourself and mail it in? I'm guessing at the moment that's all I can do anyway?
