Asus have opted for the Nvidia NF200 Chip for SLI and Gigabyte opted for the software license for SLI.

Don't know but Asus have said the NF200 Chip runs hot so are looking at best way to keep it cool.

I cant believe there are still PS/2 ports on the back. I thought these would have been gone by this point.

True. Most still have a floppy drive as well haha.

Most new Asus Mobos have 1 PS2 (1/2 green/purple for any device), this is probably incase you can't get into the Bios with a USB KB or want to wake PC by PS2 KB/Mouse.

USB is still problematic at times and PS2 is the 1st thing to work and last thing to fail when your PC hangs.
