Game is out tomorrow. Some people have copies already. Ths thread is for Youtube ONLY links to your levels or gadgets or creations etc. By all means ask for help, on gadgets levels you see, but the thread will be useless for non owners if it is just tecchie discussions. I think everyone can watch the youtube videos ad enjoy them without owning the game. Also keep the videos family friendly etc. I don't wish to see a depictions of Penises etc.

The game supports uploading directly to youtube. So this should be a relatively painless process as long as your PS3 is online. The video is restricted to 10 minutes in length so record, accordingly.

If you are unsure how to embed the links then "Quote" someone else's post to see the correct syntax.

You can post stuff that was not created by an OcUK user, but if you do try to say the name of the user who created it etc so other's can play it.

TRY to stick to the guidelines and refrain from posting general game questions which would fit on other threads. (pricing/release date/info etc). Any thread trashing I will RTM. :p

As yet only content I have is 2 levels I did an 1 Inazuma did in the beta (filmed using normal cameras)

BETA: Heroes themed advert sort of level I made on the day Heroes Season 3 started on BBC2 :)

BETA: Some "Rocket Car: I made and some "Flaming Golf Balls".

BETA: A level Inazuma made (which I am not very good at as you can see!)

How do I upload stuff to youtube from inside the game then? Original post says it's possible but I can't find it.

Played this level earlier (I think it was in the Beta and has been promoted to live). The musical possibilities are endless:
(Name that tune!!)

What's everyone using to record the vids then?

Camera phones or compact cameras with video functions I imagine? (I used the iSight in MacbookPro for the first video in this post.) I assume you have some sort of iSight?

How did you know I'd got an iSight?

Going to have to work out how to balance the MacBook and use the pad at the same time.

For some reason, I imagine you have a lot of Mac products, hence, one would have iSight on it.

Boxes on chair with Macbook Pro on top, is how I did it. btw I am fairly certain iMovie HD records the video back to front (iChat view) so I had to use iMovie (old version) to record and I then imported into iMovie HD and used the upload to YouTube function.

How is this done? I haven't got round to those tutorials yet.

This level is awesome I gave it 5 stars and tagged it. Basically the "car" has 3 magnet switches (I think) and when they pass over the corresponding colour switch on the background, they trigger a sound object. You notice they are at different heights (each colour) as the switches have adjustable radiuses for triggers. It is a sample of some sort and you can edit values like pitch (or similar). he uses 3 different samples (cymbal, drum, piano?). It would take you 30 minutes to do if you knew what you were doing as a lot of it is copying pasting. Pick a tune and with some musical talent you could do it. Things like this will come into their own with co-op editting as it will be much quicker.

The car is just a normal switch connected to a jet engine on wheels, by the way.
