Yep... that didn't work in Oblivion, AOE3 or Crysis :/

Works for me in oblivion just fine.

If the gui doesnt run:

create a bat file in the folder where you extracted all the fps limiter files.

edit the bat file and add this

start C:\"FPS_Limiter_0.2\"FPS_Limiter.exe /r: D3D9 /f:45 /x:OFF /l:OFF "C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Fallout3.exe"

( No space between r: and D3D9 )
