Just got an email from Apple;

"Lots of Gifts - 1 day not to miss".

It doesn't actually say what the deals might be - anyone know from previous experience? I'm after an iPhone, but I guess they don't sell them online anyway, so there won't be any deals?

I got that email as well. Could be handy as I am on the lookout for a shuffle for my Mum so a few quid off wouldn't hurt!

I dont think it be any cheaper than what the price will be on 1 Dec... I think they be knocking a VERY little off to make people spend before Monday???? Who knows but I be looking ;)

What's this Black Friday business? Next we'll be listing month before day in dates. O-wait.

I think it's retail speak for sales, we've been told it's not a term to use to customers. But hey-ho :)

Ah it's American, wow never would have guessed :p the last friday before thanksgiving typically signifying the start of Christmas shopping.

Taken straight from Wikipedia.

Incase anyone is impatient the US price drops :

Now if only the vat cute was included as well as the 'sale' price or offers as they like to say.

Having read all this, and the 'excitement' I have no need to purchase anything! :'( boohoo

They don't really seem to make much sense.

It doesn't seem to be a percentage decrease for anything really.

A 500gb Time Capsule is reduced by £11

a 1Tb Time Capsule is also reduced by £11.....
