Does this mean I get 2 days added onto my live subscription? If these days are free, but I have already paid for them, surely I should get a refund or extension?

hmm, I cant get on the Xbox website from here.

Just to double check, This up and coming weekend, Xbox Live Gold will be free?

It would be good timing because me and my brother are gonna go through the GOW campaign together, and I was going to use the 2 days free thing I got with Fable 2, But if its free. there's no need.

Exactly, it says "FREE to everyone: even Silver members" but in fact it is "FREE upgrade for Silver members, Gold members already paid for it".

I guess what it means is Silvers get upgraded, Gold get to enter competitions for free. Not quite the same though is it :rolleyes:

Would you prefer a refund of the 11p for those two days? (Assuming you paid the full £40 for the year of course, as if you didn't, two days cost you even less)

I honestly can't get people who are bothered by things like this. When Live is down for a day and people want a day on their subscription is another one.

I was just thinking that, Yes I will be a culpret as I will be upgrading my account, Until I stop being a tight ass and buy myself a proper one soon.

But I'm not looking forward to a possible lag fest, and disconnection galore. fingers crossed they are prepared.

Hey, maybe NXE has an anti Screw Live up from overloading feature!

In my experience, NXE is the Live screwing up feature.
