i7 Overclocking help

Hey my first time overclocking need help to confirm stability as i have no idea how to, i can supply any information and parts info etc. Parts are: 920 i7 processor, 3x1gig dominator ram 1600ghz, Asus Triton CPU Fan, i can add more if needed. Thanks for your time and help. heres so screen shots i have, is there a way to check your max clock speed in CPU-Z as it fluctuates betwwen 3.9 and 2.6 a lot : /
